Mobile crusher is not only a mobile crushing station, but a simple stone crushing production line which is widely used in many industries such as railway, highway, construction, water conservancy and metallurgy. Generally speaking, semi-mobile crushing station is composed of feeding, main engine and discharging system. The hydraulic gyratory crusher is the core equipment of the whole semi-mobile crushing station and the main engine system include hydraulic gyratory crusher, lubrication station, hydraulic station, main steel structure, material receiving chute, discharging chute, electric control room, stone crushing hammer, cantilever crane, overhaul crane, dust removal and ventilation and air conditioning equipment. The whole machine is welded by steel plate and fashioned iron or connected by bolts.

Through the static analysis and modal analysis of the steel structure of the semi-mobile crushing station, we can see that in its working process, the working stress value of all the part structure is smaller than the allowable stress and the position with bigger structural stress is the joint of the crusher platform and the crusher. The equivalent stress of the discharging platform structure should be 40~100MPa. The equivalent stress of the material receiving chute and the platform structure should be mostly 35~93MPa. The stress of main brace and supporting structure should be mostly 50~88MPa and the stress of the assistant brace and the supporting structure should be mostly 40~80MPa. The equivalent stress of the left and right floating set is small, but stress in the joint of the discharging platform is 91MPa.

When dislocating the semi-mobile crushing station, the working stress of the structure should be smaller than the allowable stress. The maximum structural stress is in the girder where the lower part of the discharging platform contacts the crawler and the maximum structural stress is 107MPa. The maximum equivalent stress of the crusher platform structure is 70MPa. The analysis of the structure and the stress status of the semi-mobile crushing station, reliable theoretical basis can be offered to the main body design and manufacturing of this machine.
